All payments are taken through a secure payment site called Stripe.

Last minute bookings can be paid in cash or card with prior consent of Shark Bay Coastal Tours.

While all care is taken by Shark Bay Coastal Tours we will not be held responsible for any internet fraud.

Shark Bay Coastal Tours will never share or divulge any of your personal information with anyone, except for an agreed alternative tour operator in the case where we are not able to accommodate your booking.

No, you do not need to show a printed receipt (let’s try to save paper), the tour guide will have your information from your booking and ask for you with the name used at time of booking. You will also be emailed a copy of the tour confirmation, so you can save this to your phone and show the tour guide if requested.

Wear whatever is comfortable and protects you from the sun. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail boots, or sneakers as the sand can get very hot in summer. We will sometimes do short hikes and the surfaces can be quite uneven. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable.

We offer: Salad Wraps (v)Chicken & Salad Wraps or Ham & Salad Wraps.Cheese can be added on request.

We Also Offer: Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls; This is a gluten free option with Avocado& Salad (V) or Chicken & Salad.

We provide tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits for morning tea and fruit for afternoon tea. Cool drinks for lunch and we carry ample cold water.

You do not need much and we request that you try to keep luggage to a minimum. Water bottles which can be refilled during the day. Enclosed walking shoes, hat, sunnies, sun protection, bathers, towel for swimming / hot tub, mask and snorkel if you wish to snorkel (no fins) (conditions permitting) and of course a camera.

Cancellations and Conditions of booking:

Customer Cancellations Policy:
If we are notified in writing 7 or more days prior to tour departure, a refund of the booking will be honoured less a $30 administration fee. Within 7 days of the tour a 50% refund will be offered.

Shark Bay Coastal Tours Cancellation Policy:
Tours may change in due to environmental, weather or cultural conditions. Shark Bay Coastal Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case an alternative date will be offered or a full refund of the booking, minus a $15 booking fee.

Booking Conditions:
While all care is taken by Shark Bay Coastal Tours, the business accepts no liability for injury, illness, to persons or loss or damage to personal luggage. If passengers wish to swim or snorkel on tour, they must do so at their own risk. We recommend all passengers arrange their own travel insurance prior to the tour.

On payment of the booking / invoice you, the customer hereby agree to Shark Bay Coastal Tours terms and conditions.

We appreciate the difficulty traveling during this time and hope you understand that by charging a nominal administration fee for cancellations you are assisting a small, local business to continue service. Thank you.

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Tours can be booked online up to 2 hrs before departure. Be sure to give all details required when making a last minute booking so that we can prepare food and supplies.

Yes, however this decision will be made by Shark Bay Coastal Tours. If we decide cancel a tour due to unsafe conditions then an alterative date or a refund will be offered. If you decide to cancel because you don’t like the look of the weather, then no refund will be offered.
