You can pay online at time of booking via Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.
All payments are taken through a secure payment site called Stripe.
Last minute bookings can be paid in cash or card with prior consent of Shark Bay Coastal Tours.
While all care is taken by Shark Bay Coastal Tours we will not be held responsible for any internet fraud.
Shark Bay Coastal Tours will never share or divulge any of your personal information with anyone, except for an agreed alternative tour operator in the case where we are not able to accommodate your booking.
No, you do not need to show a printed receipt (let’s try to save paper), the tour guide will have your information from your booking and ask for you with the name used at time of booking. You will also be emailed a copy of the tour confirmation, so you can save this to your phone and show the tour guide if requested.

Preparation
Wear whatever is comfortable and protects you from the sun. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail boots, or sneakers as the sand can get very hot in summer. We will sometimes do short hikes and the surfaces can be quite uneven. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable.
Lunch options include a choice of chicken and salad roll, ham and salad roll, cheese and salad roll, or salad roll. Please indicate your preference on the booking form, or you can advise of your preference by email.
You do not need much and we request that you try to keep luggage to a minimum. Water bottles which can be refilled during the day. Enclosed walking shoes, hat, sunnies, sun protection, bathers, towel for swimming / hot tub, mask and snorkel if you wish to snorkel (no fins) (conditions permitting) and of course a camera.

Customer Cancellations Policy:
Guest cancelation if received in writing by Shark Bay Coastal Tours 12 or more days prior to tour departure will receive a full refund less a $30 administration fee and any booking fees paid during the booking process. Guest cancelation received in writing by Shark Bay Coastal Tours within 12 days of the tour will be offered a 50% refund less the $30 administration fee and any booking fees paid during the booking process. No refund is offered for tours cancelled less than 7 days before departure.
No refund is offered to those paying via invoice, regardless of notification time.
Shark Bay Coastal Tours Cancellation Policy:
Tours may change due to environmental, weather or cultural conditions. Shark Bay Coastal Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case an alternative date will be offered or a full refund of the booking, minus a $15 booking fee and any credit booking fees paid during the booking process.
Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Tours can be booked online up to 2 hrs before departure. Be sure to give all details required when making a last minute booking so that we can prepare food and supplies.
