Cancellations and Conditions of booking
Customer Cancellations Policy:
Guest cancelation if received in writing by Shark Bay Coastal Tours 12 or more days prior to tour departure will receive a full refund less a $30 administration fee and any booking fees paid during the booking process. Guest cancelation received in writing by Shark Bay Coastal Tours within 12 days of the tour will be offered a 50% refund less the $30 administration fee and any booking fees paid during the booking process. No refund is offered for tours cancelled less than 7 days before departure.
No refund is offered to those paying via invoice, regardless of notification time.
Shark Bay Coastal Tours Cancellation Policy:
Tours may change due to environmental, weather or cultural conditions. Shark Bay Coastal Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case an alternative date will be offered or a full refund of the booking, minus a $15 booking fee and any credit booking fees paid during the booking process.
Booking Conditions:
While all care is taken by Shark Bay Coastal Tours, the business accepts no liability for injury, illness, to persons or loss or damage to personal luggage. If passengers wish to swim or snorkel on tour, they must do so at their own risk. We recommend all passengers arrange their own travel insurance prior to the tour.
On payment of the booking / invoice you, the customer hereby agree to Shark Bay Coastal Tours terms and conditions.
We appreciate the difficulty traveling during this time and hope you understand that by charging a nominal administration fee for cancellations you are assisting a small, local business to continue service. Thank you.
